Bolzoni & Walsh SS12 Presentation

Bolzoni & Walsh's launch was held at Spruth Magers in Grafton Street, the venue was filled with quotes printed on the wall, bacon sandwiches, Bloody Marys and the best of the fashion industry.

Bolzoni & Walsh's debut collection was inspired by the iconic 1960s Jean-Luc Godard film, 'Sympathy for the Devil'.

'The collection is both elegant and androgynous, painstakingly detailed yet completely unfussy'.

Christopher Raeburn SS12 presentation

The Museum of London was the host for Christopher Raeburn's pop up exhibition and presentation of his Spring/Summer 2012 collection.

The museum space was filled with colour, sound and squirrels. Every part of the exhibition was focused on visually stimulating the audience and how they interacted and moved freely through out the space.

The pinnacle of the exhibition was the interactive installation which was based on the concept of the emotional relationship between garment and wearer, and in turn the link between colour and sound.

The installation displayed key pieces from the new collection, when touching a garment it triggered off a colour burst which would illuminate on the large LED ellipse and a sound, the room would be fill with colour and sound as the audience interacted.

Infected with light

The photography explores the idea of how light can infect an image by long exposures, fading and bleaching. You can see how light has slowly infected the images eating away at the details, colours and lines.

Romeo Pires SS11

Showing at the Vauxhall fashion scout venue is duo Nicholas Humphrey and Sergio Pires aka fashion label Romeo Pires.  Showcasing their spring/summer 2011 collection which was filled with oversized shirts,  super low rise trousers and chunky braces. The models hair was frizzy and teased back into a bun. make up was minimal with white washed faces, throughout the collection there were  references back to clowns, with the use of shades of terracotta, beige and the injection of black, infused with sinister and dark motifs. And I was lucky enough to watch and capture the show from the photographers' pit!
